Celexa is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, and is used to treat depression. Celexa helps to keep the right balance of chemicals in the brain and this prevents depression.
How Taken
Celexa comes as a pill taken by mouth. The general dose for Celexa is one tablet a day. It may be taken with or without a meal. For best effect Celexa should be taken regularly for a couple of weeks. Even you feel better do not stop taking Celexa without your physician`s approval. Do not take more or less of this drug, than your doctor has advised to you.

Be careful when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. If you experience dizziness or drowsiness, avoid these activities. Be careful when taking alcohol during your healing. It may increase drowsiness and dizziness while you are taking this medicine.
