Drug Uses
Singulair is used for prevention and long–term treatment of asthma. It is also used to relieve allergy symptoms. It may also be used for other situations as directed by your physician.
How Taken
Take Singulair as directed by your doctor. Use Singulair with or without a meal. Continue to use Singulair even if you feel well.
More Information
Singulair can cause drowsiness or dizziness. These effects may worsen if Singulair is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Take Singulair with caution. Don't drive or perform other possibly dangerous tasks until you know how you react to this drug. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, notify your doctor. This pill should be used only by the patient for whom it has been determined. Don't take less or more or take it more often than directed by your doctor.
